Of course! You can use all of the features included in the Comm100 Free plan for as long as you want, without ever having to pay a penny for it.

How many agents can I have on the Free plan?

As many as you need! We do not put any limits on the number of agents, because we know that every member of your team, in some way, will be called on to help out a customer. So go ahead, sign ‘em up!

What if my team is spread across different locations or is working from home?

No problem! All you need to access Comm100 as an agent or admin is a computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone with an internet connection and a web browser. Agents can also download our mobile app for Android or iOS and take chats on the go. This means you can serve your customers wherever they are, and wherever you are.

What are the system requirements for Comm100 Free?

The Comm100 chat code will work on any everyday website, on any everyday web server. No special requirements here. Our mobile SDK allows you to put our chat code into any mobile app as well. The backend admin console is compatible with all modern web browsers, and the agent console is as well (click here for full details). The agent mobile app works with iOS and Android operating systems.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No credit card or payment information of any type is required to sign up for Comm100 Free. All you need is a valid email address. Should you wish to upgrade to a paid plan at any time, you can do so on your own in the Comm100 platform by adding a payment method of your choice.

What kind of support is available?
