It’s the Christmas Eve! Have you felt the excitement and joy in the air? At this special moment, we’d like to wish you a merriest holiday season and a wonderful year ahead that brings happiness, good health and success to both you and your loved ones. We hope that our friendship in the new year grows manifold and we can continue providing our support and love to you.

This Christmas is particularly special for us as we reflect back. We decided at the beginning of the year that our goal for this year was to make using our product a real enjoyment by further optimizing the UI and interactive experience in addition to pure feature improvement. We have been keeping this in mind throughout the year and are glad to see some achievements, which may have not been possible without your support.

Let’s have a quick glance at what we’ve been walking through together in 2013.

  1. Jan. 11: Comm100 Live Chat was updated with a totally redesigned operator console and Salesforce Integration;
  2. Jan. 21: Comm100 Live Chat was rated Top 3 Best Enterprise Chat Software on TopTenReviews;
  3. Mar. 8: Comm100 Email Marketing was updated with a new and cool step-by-step email wizard;
  4. Mar. 20: Zero downtime was made possible for most of our product upgrades;
  5. Apr. 27: Comm100 Live Chat was updated with optimized implementation code and custom variables;
  6. May 14: Comm100 Joined M3AAWG, a global anti-abuse working group;
  7. May 28: Comm100 Live Chat was updated with a mobile-friendly visitor interface and an optimized iPhone app;
  8. Jul. 24: Comm100 Live Chat was rated Small or Medium Business Service of the Year in Best in Biz Awards 2013 International;
  9. Aug. 22: Comm100 Live Chat was updated with a truly clean and cool operator console;
  10. Aug. 28: Comm100 Live Chat Android App was updated with optimized UI design;
  11. Aug. 31: Our official website adopted a new style and was improved in both layout and content;
  12. Sep. 23: Comm100 Live Chat was updated with simplified configuration and administration interfaces;
  13. Nov. 20: Comm100 Live Chat was updated with Embedded Chat Window and API;
  14. Dec. 16: Comm100 Live Chat iPhone App was updated with better compatibility with iOS 7 and improved interactive experience.

And we’ve got some more super awesome interface upgrades already in the works! You can expect to see them in early January. Stay tuned!
