December 2019 | Release Note – Comm100 Chat Server Performance Upgrade

At Comm100 we are always working to improve our solutions, so you can provide even better customer service. With this goal in mind, we will be performing an upgrade to enhance the speed, security and stability of our live chat servers. 

We are also significantly expanding the range of services offered on our MaximumOn uptime assurance infrastructure.

The following features are available on the primary server but as of this new release they have been made available during MaximumOn:
