You will be alerted by sound or pop-up message when there is a new chat request, a new response, a private message and etc. If you are using our desktop app, you can follow the instructions below to set your notifications.
Log into Comm100 Agent Console.
Move your mouse to Preference and click Live Chat.
Select Sound & Popup. For sound alert, enable it by clicking the loudspeaker icon, select the notifier in the dropdown list and adjust the volume according to your needs under Alert Sound. And for pop-up window alert, enable it under Alert Popup.
After that, except for sound notification, a message will also pop up in the lower right corner of your screen when there is a new chat request, new response from a visitor, a private message from other agents, etc.
