How to add an agent into my Comm100 account?

Comm100 supports unlimited agents and allows you to collaborate with other agents during a chat session. You can add multiple agents into your Comm100 account according to your needs.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log into your Comm100 account.
  2. Go to Agents in the My Account module, then click New Agent.
    Add New Agent
  3. Enter the agent’s information. Click More Information to extend fields to add more information.

    Note: You can add this agent into certain Agent Groups. After that, the agent will inherit all permissions assigned to these agent groups.

  4. Save the settings.

After that, the newly created agent can log in to your Comm100 account with the email and password you set for him/her.
