Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log into your Comm100 account.
  2. If you are on the trial period, please click Buy Now under My Account module. While if you are using a different live chat edition, please click Switch under My Account module.
  3. Select Business with MaximumOn™.

  4. Complete the confirmation process and click OK.
  5. MaximumOn™ relies on a special piece of code to take effect. To check whether you need to update your code, go to MaximumOn™ under the Live Chat module.

  6. If you see a popup window to update Live Chat Code, please click Get New Code Now and paste the new code onto your website. If you don’t see that, congratulations, you are using the latest code.
