How to add Comm100 Live Chat onto a WordPress site?

Comm100 Live Chat WordPress Plugin enables you to easily add a chat button to each page of your WordPress website with a few clicks. Follow the guide below to get your live chat up and running right now.

Install Comm100 Live Chat WordPress Plugin

  1. Log in to your WordPress website admin panel, go to the Plugins menu and click Add New;

  2. Input “Comm100” in the search bar, find Comm100 Live Chat and click Install Now.

Link up Your Comm100 Live Chat Account

  1. Click Activate Plugin after the installation is completed, you will be led to the installed plugin list;

  2. Find Comm100 Live Chat and click Settings;

  3. Enter your Comm100 Live Chat account info and click Link Up to connect your live chat account to your WordPress website. You can create a new account if you’re new to Comm100.

Now you have successfully added a chat button to each page of your website. You can click Get online and chat with your visitors to check whether your chat button shows online and visitors can click on it to chat with you instantly.

  • If there are multiple campaigns in your account, you will be asked to select one campaign you want to use on your website.

  • If you select a campaign with a static button, you’ll see Comm100 Live Chat is available in Widgets. Then you can drag the widget to your sidebar and make it active. After that you will see the chat button shown on your sidebar.
