Our latest social media update is introducing some changes and new features. Here is what’s coming:

Agent Side Improvements

  1. History Synchronization: You will now receive messages from posts that were published before you integrated your social media accounts with Comm100. For example, if you linked your Facebook page or Twitter account to Comm100 on November 10th, currently you won’t see any replies to a post from November 7th inside our platform. But with this new release, you will be able to see them in your agent console.

  2. Conversation Header: Currently, the header of each social conversation only shows the message channel (FB/Twitter Message, Wall Post etc.)

    After the release, in addition to the message channel, you will also see the name of the Facebook page/Twitter account that the visitor posting to. This is particularly helpful if you have multiple accounts on the same social media platform.


Conversation on Facebook

Due to Facebook API changes, our User Information section will display the link to a visitor’s Facebook conversation history instead of their chat history.
