Issue you are experiencing:
Live chat is deployed on my website and automatic chat invitations have been enabled, but they do not always show up when I want them to.
Potential Causes:
- Invitation is not setup for the right campaign.
- Some or all your Automatic chat invitations have been set up to show only once per website visit.
Possible Solution
- Go to Campaign> Invitaion . Select the right Campaign from the top-right Campaign menu and Enable Auto Invitation.
- Under the Auto Invitation menu click the edit button (Pencil Icon).
- Uncheck Pop up only one time during one visit .
