Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the back-end program architecture design of the company’s products, technical design review, writing key services and core code.
  • Optimize the existing system service architecture, overcome technical difficulties in SaaS system tenant management, data isolation, system decoupling, DDD and other topics.
  • Participate in the development of code specifications, testing specifications, building engineer culture, and establishing a quality system for engineering efficiency excellence.
  • Forward-looking technical solution construction and technical reserve to meet the challenges of globalized SaaS system.
  • Responsible for team management, performance assessment and related system establishment, and coaching staff to achieve personal growth goals according to planning.
  • Promote corporate culture and strengthen communication and coordination between sister product line teams and offsite business teams.

Key Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of software development experience.
  • More than 5 years of experience in software technology management.
  • More than 3 years of experience in system architecture design especially micro services.
  • Experience in architecture, design, development and tuning of large distributed, high concurrency, high load and high availability systems.
  • Familiar with various software engineering techniques, including DDD, TDD, OOP with proven track record of implementation.
  • Excellent problem analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in C#/Java language, AWS, SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
  • Excellent leadership skills, clear thinking, logical and communication skills.
