To make sure we are always meeting our customers’ needs, Comm100 has updated how we package our products and made more features available than ever before. If you’re an existing Comm100 customer, you will need to choose from one of these new packages before January 8th 2024.
When you upgrade your Comm100 package, you won’t experience any interruptions. All your previous settings, customizations and data will stay in place, and there will be zero downtime.
With this update, every SMB customer will have a dedicated account manager – no matter what plan you choose – because we believe everyone deserves great customer service & support.
Depending on the package you choose, all of our customers will now have a minimum of 12 months data storage, rising to 24 months for our Live Chat Plus and Ultra packages.

When you upgrade to one of our new packages, you will have access to all of the new features listed within them, a dedicated account manager from Comm100, and an extra free feature if you pay annually.
Firstly, we always want to make sure that we are providing our customers with the latest technology and features to help them stay ahead of the customer service curve – and we hope that these new packages will do that. These new packages and prices also reflect our current economic climate and the cost of providing our service, such as server costs and product development.
All of your previous features will remain when you upgrade, including any previous settings, customization and data. You will not need to update any code on your site either.
You can log into your Comm100 account and navigate to Global Settings > My Subscriptions. If your plan is not listed on our pricing page, then you’re using one of our legacy plans and will need to upgrade.

The legacy plan will be phased out by January 8, 2024. You will need to subscribe to one of our new plans by then.
If we don’t hear back from you by January 8, 2024, your plan will be automatically upgraded to our Live Chat Startup plan. All of your previous features will continue to work, and you can choose to upgrade to higher packages yourself afterwards.
