CCW 2017

CCW (Call Center Week) is one of the most robust events in the contact center industry. The Comm100 team actively participated in the 18th Annual CCW Conference & Expo in Las Vegas from June 26 – 30. During the event, we not only demoed our innovative features such as chatbot and audio/video chat, but also exchanged ideas with industry leaders (such as management from RBC, WestJet, Telus, 3M, etc.) regarding the technology innovation and future of contact centers.

IRCE 2017

Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition (IRCE) is one of the top events in the online retail industry. As an exhibitor at IRCE 2017, which took place in Chicago, June 6-9, at McCormick Place West, Comm100 showed our new Chatbot at the event and discussed business opportunities with 100+ e-commerce industry leaders such as Mastercard, Magento, Yahoo, Nexopia, Johnson Controls and more. It proved to be a fantastic show.

We exhibited at ICMI’s Contact Center Demo & Conference in Dallas from Oct. 25 – 27, 2016. This leading event for customer care professionals involves 1000+ attendees, 75+ speakers, 50+ sessions and 80+ exhibitors. We’ve talked with hundreds of contact center leaders at the event and found that increasingly more contact centers are looking to implement live chat to enhance their customer experiences.
