New feature enablement & fast-tracked requests

With frequent improvements to the Comm100 platform, it can be a challenge to take full advantage. As a Commpanion™ customer, you can choose when to roll out new updates, and we’ll help with configuration and training to make sure you get the most out of them. And if you’ve got a feature request, we guarantee to respond within 3 business days through our in-app and online request platform.

One-to-one advice

You’ll get up to 5 hours per year to talk to a Comm100 technical expert about anything you wish: feature enhancements, analytics, troubleshooting. More than just a support request, you’ll get our undivided attention via phone or web conference for as long as you need. It’s like therapy for your customer experience!

Annual strategic review

Things change. Your technology has to keep pace. Once a year, we’ll sit down with you to craft and start executing a vision to ensure that your Comm100 platform is fully aligned with your evolving goals and objectives. This includes a tune-up of your system configuration to keep you running at optimal performance.

Bot training and maintenance

Building and maintaining a chatbot takes time. As a Commpanion™ customer, we work closely with your team to create your unique bot, from building content and consulting on webhooks, to training your staff. As the bot gains more insight about your customers, we monitor and adjust it to make continuous improvements to help your business grow.
