Sub-Processor Transparency

Comm100 maintains a complete, regularly updated list of third-party sub-processors that process customer data on our behalf. This page is part of our GDPR compliance commitment.

Under GDPR and other privacy frameworks, organizations that act as data processors are required to disclose the third-party sub-processors they engage to process personal data. Comm100 acts as a data processor on behalf of its customers (the data controllers), and this page lists every sub-processor involved in delivering the Comm100 platform.

This list is updated whenever a sub-processor is added, removed, or changed. Customers who have signed a data processing agreement (DPA) with Comm100 may also receive direct notification of sub-processor changes as outlined in their agreement.

On-Premises Customers

Customers using Comm100’s on-premise deployment operate the platform on their own infrastructure. In this configuration, customer data does not pass through Comm100’s cloud sub-processors. The sub-processor list above applies to cloud-hosted customers only. On-premise customers should consult their deployment documentation for details on any external dependencies specific to their configuration.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a sub-processor?

A sub-processor is a third-party company that processes personal data on behalf of a data processor. In Comm100’s case, Comm100 acts as a data processor for its customers, and any third-party service that Comm100 engages to help deliver the platform — such as cloud hosting providers or email delivery services — is a sub-processor.

Does Comm100 publish a list of sub-processors?

Yes. Comm100 maintains a publicly available sub-processor list on the Trust Center. The list includes each sub-processor’s name, purpose, the type of data it processes, and its hosting location. The list is updated whenever a sub-processor changes.

Does the sub-processor list apply to on-premises customers?

No. The sub-processor list applies to cloud-hosted customers only. On-premises customers run the Comm100 platform on their own infrastructure, and customer data does not pass through Comm100’s cloud sub-processors.

How will I be notified of sub-processor changes?

Customers with a signed data processing agreement (DPA) may receive advance notification of sub-processor changes as outlined in their agreement. The sub-processor list on this page is also updated whenever a change occurs.
