How WCB Manitoba adopted Comm100 to begin their journey towards digital CX excellence

WCB Manitoba’s Brent Adair, Manager of Application Services, sat down with Chris Bechtel, VP of Marketing at Comm100, to discuss their experience with Comm100 Live Chat and how it has helped them to begin their journey towards digital customer experience (CX) excellence.

WCB Manitoba is an agency of the Government of Manitoba that provides short-term and long-term insurance claims for injured workers. Comm100 Live Chat was set up within their Assessment Division to help staff handle high volumes of inquiries that were otherwise often swamping phone lines. With the ability to field multiple inquiries at one time, compared to just one call on phone, live chat has decreased wait times and resolution times, improving the overall CX for their constituents.
