These changes will be implemented between 07:30 PM and 11:30 PM Aug. 23 Pacific time.

Between 07:30 PM and 07:40 Pacific Time, all Comm100 solutions will be offline. Your website visitors will still be able to leave offline messages for your team to respond to later. After this short downtime, you will be able to log in to the agent console and resume chatting with your visitors. However, some features will remain unavailable for up to 4 hours. Please refer to below for the list of the affected features:

Comm100 Control Panel
  • Control Panel is not accesible. You can log in the Comm100 Agent Console via desktop app or via this link.
Agent Side
  • Cannot use Ticket integration
  • Cannot use Social Media integration
  • Cannot use Zendesk integration
  • Cannot use Salesforce integration
