Where to enter my billing information?

With Comm100, you need to enter your billing information before you make a purchase. The billing period is one month/quarter/half-year/year or otherwise mutually agreed. Your account will be billed at the beginning of each billing period.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log into your Comm100 account;
  2. Go to My Account;
    My Account Module
  3. Go to Billing Info under Billing list and click Buy Now to input your billing information;
    Click Buy Now to Input Billing Info
  4. Select the products you want to use if you haven’t chosen the products before;
    Choose Live Chat Plan to Subscribe
  5. Choose the billing type, enter your billing Info and your payment Info;
    Enter Billing Info
  6. Confirm your billing information and save it.
