Repositioning of Operation Icons in the Chat Window
The buttons for Rating chat, Sending Transcripts, Printing, and Popup have now been grouped together in the top right corner of the Chat Window.
New Minimize Button for the Chat Window

For adaptive chat button, the minimized chat window appears the same size as the chat button and displays the unread message count. When you are using the Image or Text Link type chat button, the minimized chat window will appear as a horizontal bar with the unread message count on it.
New Bubble Invitation Style
The new Bubble Invitation style adds agent’s avatars and the invitation message background now has the same color scheme as the chat window.
