Is Spell Check supported in Comm100 Live Chat?

Yes, we provide spell check for English, French, Spanish and German in Comm100 Live Chat. Spell check improves your chat efficiency.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Open your Agent Console window;

  2. Click Language under Settings;

    Chat Settings in Operator Chat Console
  3. Check Enable Spell Check;

  4. Choose a language you want to use from the dropdown list.

After that, when a word is mis-spelled, you will see a red wavy line under the word. You can right click on the word and choose a correct word you want to use.

Note: If you are using the web browser edition Agent Console, the Spell Check will be only available in browser Google Chrome. As the spell check is the Chrome browser based, it can support nearly all the languages that Google Chrome provides. In case the spell check fails to recognize misspelled words in your Chrome web browser, please check the language setting in it and make sure that the spell check for certain language is enabled.
