Yes, Comm100 Live Chat fully supports Arabic/Hebrew on visitor side. You just need to modify the language to enter your interface text in Arabic/Hebrew.
Step by Step Instructions
- Log into your Comm100 account.
- Click Campaign at the left main menu under Live Chat module.
- Go to Language, click Advanced and select the option Customize the language on the visitor side windows. Then you can translate the visitor side interface language to Arabic/Hebrew manually in Current Text column.
- Click Save Changes.
