Added the option for you to attach a chat or offline message as a Task under a Salesforce Contact.

Added the ability to identify Salesforce Accounts, Contacts and Leads by mapping more than one field. You can now add up to 3 mapping rules.

Added the process to automatically assign the default task Due Date value with the task create date when a chat or offline message is created as a task.
