How to uninstall Comm100 Live Chat Desktop App from my machine?

The process of uninstalling Comm100 Desktop App differs based on the Operating System you are using. Please check your OS and then follow the instructions as below.

Note: Before uninstalling Comm100 Desktop App, you need to make sure that you have the permission to uninstall a program from your computer.

Uninstall from Windows 7 and below

  1. Select Control Panel from the Start Menu.
  2. Click Uninstall a program from the Programs section in the Category view. If you’re in the Large or Small Icon review, click Programs and Features.
  3. Locate Comm100 live Chat Desktop App and double click, or alternatively, right click on the app to uninstall the app.
  4. Confirm your uninstallation.

Uninstall from Windows 8

  1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search. (If you’re using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Search.)
  2. Enter control panel in the search box, and then tap or click Control Panel.
  3. Under View by, select Large Icons, and then tap or click Programs and features.
  4. Locate Comm100 live Chat Desktop App and double click, or alternatively, right click on the app to uninstall the app.
  5. Confirm your uninstallation.

Uninstall from Mac OS X

  1. Open a Finder window and go to Applications.
  2. Drag Comm100 Desktop App to the trash.
  3. Click on the Finder menu and then Empty Trash.
