How to add Comm100 Live Chat to a Shopsite store?

Having Comm100 Live Chat installed onto your Shopsite store is only a few clicks away. Below are the steps that walk you through the entire process.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log into your Shopsite account;

  2. Mouse over Preferences and then click Layout Settings;

  3. Get the live chat code and paste the code at the bottom of the Footer section;

  4. Hit Save Changes at the bottom of the page;

  5. Click Publish Changes to mirror the code installed and you’ll see the chat button when you view the store.
