How do I reset my Twitter Account’s Integration with Comm100?

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log into your Comm100 account.

  2. Click Social Media in the left menu, then click Twitter

  3. Click on the Reset Account icon under Operation.

  4. Click Authorize app in the popup window.

  5. Now your Twitter account has been reauthorized for the Comm100 integration. You can keep handling social media queries from Twitter account in Comm100 Agent Console as usual.
