How do I reset Facebook Page’s integration with Comm100?

Facebook has introduced some changes to their Graph API. Because of this, our social media customers need to reauthorize their Facebook account with us. To help with this, we have created a button that will make it easy for you to reset your existing Facebook integration with Comm100.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log into your Comm100 Control Panel.

  2. Click Social / SMS on the left menu, click Channels, then click Settings under Facebook.

  3. Click on Add Facebook Page.

  4. Re-log into your Facebook account and authorize the access.

  5. You will now see a list of Facebook Pages which can be integrated. Click on the Reset button next to each page you wish to manage inside Comm100.

  6. Click Ok to confirm the change.

Now your Facebook account has been reauthorized for Comm100 integration. You can keep handling social media queries from your Facebook pages from inside the Comm100 Agent Console.
