Comm100’s Batch Action feature gives you the ability to easily perform bulk operations on multiple tickets in your ticketing system. With just a few clicks, you can select tickets and apply actions like Deleting and Closing tickets, or changing Assignee, Status, Priority etc.
Go to the ticket list in your agent console.
A checkbox appears when you hover over a ticket.
Select one or more tickets.
If you click on the Delete icon, it allows you to remove selected tickets in one click. Click Ok to confirm.
If you click on the Edit icon, it provides more batch edit options.
You can update the assignee, priority and Ticket status in a few clicks.
