Comm100’s new version Knowledge Base product integrates with our Live Chat system. It not only allows visitors to benefit from self-service options through a knowledge base search function within the chat window, but also gives your agents quicker access to all of your knowledge base articles while chatting to customers.
Our new Knowledge Base is not compatible with our old one. For our existing Knowledge Base users on our old platform, you can manage all your knowledge base articles and visitors can still view all articles as usual – your old knowledge base will remain unchanged after our new release.
Speak to your account manager about upgrading to our new Comm100 Knowledge Base. The new product is a standalone add-on, and your old knowledge base articles cannot be migrated to our new platform.
After you subscribe to our new knowledge base product, your old knowledge base will be cancelled and no longer accessible. Make sure you export your articles before cancelling so you can then create new articles for your new knowledge base.
To subscribe to our new knowledge base, please follow the following steps:
Log into your Comm100 account.
Click Campaign at the left menu.
Click KB integration, then Get it now.
You can also go to My Account module, Dashboard and click Add More Products. Select Comm100 Knowledge Base and proceed to confirm your subscription.
