Where can I see a report of visitors’ average waiting time?

Visitors’ Average Waiting Time is the average time visitors have waited before their chat requests are accepted by agents. With Comm100 Live Chat, you can view visitors’ average waiting time of the whole company, a specific department or a certain agent.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log into your Comm100 account.
  2. Go to Click on Reports in Live Chat menu, then click Agent Performance under it.

    Note: In Enterprise edition, Agent Performance is splitted into two advanced reports: Efficiency and Workload. You can find Avg. Wait Time in Efficiency report.

  3. You can find the Avg. Wait Time metric. You can also select the preferred Time Range, and view the report by Department or by Agent.
