With Comm100 Live Chat, your visitors are allowed to leave an offline message with attachment file(s) in your offline message window.
When you receive this offline message in your email, you can see the name of the attachment. You can click the file name in the mail client to download and read the it or you can also get the attachment in the History page under the live chat menu.
Log in your site account.
Click History from the left main menu.
Click Messages under History.
Note: You can view the offline messages in by adding conditions in the the dropdown list under Messages or by searching keywords.
Select the contact which leaved an offline message to you and click the Details icon.
Scroll down to the Message Info section and click the name of the attachment to download the file.
