How to delete an existing agent from my Comm100 account?

If you are a Site Administrator or have permission to manage agents, you can delete an existing agents from your Comm100 account.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Click Agents in the My Account portal;
    Manage Agents
  2. Select an agent and then click its Delete icon to delete the agent.
