Our Comm100 Agent Console is more powerful than you think. The Agent Console Extension allows you to add a new custom tab alongside the existing Info, Wrap-up, and other tabs under the My Chats section.
The custom tab will extend the capabilities of the chat console by supplying agents with more information than is there by default – for example, by integrating your own knowledge base articles.
Log into your Comm100 account.
Click Integrations & API at the left menu.
Choose Agent Console Extensions and click Settings.
Click on New Extension.
Define the extension Name, choose if you would like to Enable the extension, and upload the Extension File.

Click OK to save changes.
After you successfully add the extension, an additional tab will show up on the agent console.
