How to change my display name which is shown to my website visitors when I am chatting with them?

Display name is the name you have set for yourself which is shown to your website visitors in your chat window. You can easily change your display name in your Comm100 account.

Agent Display Name on Visitor Side

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Log into your Comm100 account.
  2. Find the My Account portal.
    My Account Module
  3. Click Agents, choose one agent and click on the login email.
    Locate Agent
  4. Input the display name in Display Name field of this agent.
    Edit Agent Display Name
  5. Click Save Changes.

After this, the agent’s display name will be changed.

Note: The change of the display name also becomes effective in Comm100 Ticket, Help Desk, Knowledge Base and Forum.
