You can set up a pre-defined and personalized message which is sent to the visitor once a chat is started. Each agent can customize his/her own auto greeting message.
Step by Step Instructions
- Login to Comm100 Agent Console.
- Click Preference.
- Click Live Chat.
- Check Automatically send a pre-defined message after a chat request is accepted.
- Edit your message and insert macros which you feel needed.
- Click OK and the settings will take effect immediately.
