Can I reset password for other agents in my account?

If you are an administrator or have permission to manage agents, you can reset password for agents in your account.

Note: A site administrator owns all permissions of your account.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Go to My Account, then click Agents under it;
    Manage Agents
  2. Select an agent and then click its Rest Password icon;
    Reset Password for Agents
  3. Reset the password for this agent;
    Enter New Password
  4. Save the settings.
