Can I reset password for other agents in my account?

If you are an administrator or have permission to manage agents, you can reset password for agents in your account.

Note: A site administrator owns all permissions of your account.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Go to My Account, then click Agents under it.
    Manage Agents
  2. Select an agent and then click its Rest Password icon.
    Reset Password for Agents
  3. Reset the password for this agent.
    Enter New Password
  4. Save the settings.
