The VP of Sales will be an integral part of our senior management team, providing strategic sales direction and leadership to promote exciting growth of Comm100. This position will work closely with marketing, product marketing and R&D teams. The VP of Sales will lead and coach our sales team (Director of Enterprise Sales, Account Executives, Technical Support Specialists, and Customer Success Manager). This role will be accountable for overall sales performance, profitable achievement of sales goals, and aligning sales objectives with company business strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed the company’s revenue target within existing clientele and in new markets
  • Create, implement and iterate enterprise level sales strategies that align with company goals, including channel sales strategies
  • Identify channel partners, establish professional and mutually beneficial relationships with partners, define mutual performance objectives and revenue targets with partners, and monitor compliance of each partner
  • Act as a leader to guide and coach the sales and support team to meet company goals
  • Define and oversee sales team compensation and incentive programs to motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
  • Create and define sales processes that drive ideal sales outcomes
  • Monitor key performance metrics relating to revenue, sales growth profit, cost of sale and market share
  • Compile and review quantitative sales data and react rapidly to changing trends or new competitive threats and opportunities
  • Work closely with management team to ensure alignment across company goals and excel at cross-functional collaboration
  • Other related tasks as required


  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in senior sales management roles in a B2B environment, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven track record of building sales plans that increased profit and revenue
  • Demonstrated experience with sales channel development strategies and channel marketing/partner marketing programs
  • Results-oriented leader who is able to set goals with all stakeholders to increase revenue
  • Relationship builder who is able to guide and coach team members as well as create effective partnerships
  • Strategic thinker who is also hands-on to get results
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Currently resides in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver


  • Previous experience in high growth stage companies is desirable
