The Strategic Partnerships Manager is an important organization role and will support the Director of Global Channels in developing and implementing the organization’s new global partnership approach to partner engagement and revenue generation. This role will contribute significantly to our growth, innovation and solidification of Comm100 as a meaningful Omni-Channel Customer Engagement Solution.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Promote Comm100’s brand name and its Omni-Channel Customer engagement Solution to potential business partners Uncover and lead exploratory discussions with potential partners for new programs and initiatives
  • Manage the entirety of the business development cycle (sourcing, networking, and closing) large & medium partnerships that align with Comm100’s strategic objectivese
  • Manage and maintain existing relationships with current partners with various designations and serve as direct, day-to-day point of contact & SME for partners
  • Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of internal constituents (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal and external executives) and help define the Go-to-Market strategy with partner
  • Evaluate partner opportunities and present recommendations to the Director of Global Channels
  • Monitor the success of each partner account and manage their client relationships by advising on Comm100’s solution & services
  • Support Comm100 in research, identification, and segmentation of business opportunities regarding strategic partners to increase the awareness and revenue of Comm100
  • Establish an understanding of the business objectives in order to build a strategic plan for these partners and matching these objectives with the range of services of Comm100 to create and maximize new business opportunities – what’s the value to each – Comm100 & partner
  • Execute an implementation plan for new partners
  • Highlight behaviors and key trends in the designated market

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years partnership management/development relevant work experience
  • 6+ years in overall sales experience
  • Strong track record of producing measurable results, ideally delivering and growing partner revenue year over year – Top performer amongst team
  • Ability to build account plans & execute on these plans for each partner
  • Requires versatility and adapting quickly to the latest guidelines from Comm100
  • Business, marketing or another relevant bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience managing software partnerships, SI, VAR, etc.
  • Creative, persistent and outgoing personality, eager to learn
  • Proactive, positive and self-motivated with entrepreneurial mentality
  • Quick and resourceful, team-player, flexible, accurate and very detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and organize a range of competing projects and tasks in a dynamic environmentp
  • Ability to create deep and lasting commercial relationships
  • Excellent communicator, presenter. and strong analytical/reporting skills
  • Data-driven: you can come to the table with a clear and vetted point of view but what you think shifts in light of new data
  • Able to compare various forms of data with a qualitative market perspective and strong business instincts to frame a new opportunity and prioritize it for implementation
  • Must be authorized to travel into the USA and internationally
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
