About the Role

The Senior Growth Marketing Campaign Manager’s primary responsibility is to drive awareness and signups for our market-disrupting freemium offering by devising, launching, measuring and optimizing campaigns across a wide range of channels including digital advertising, co-marketing, marketplaces, customer referrals, and wherever else you can find and connect with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align marketing program strategy against quarterly and annual growth plans
  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing programs that speak to the small business audience, both online and offline
  • Report on campaign and program performance to executive and internal teams
  • Constantly test and innovate to explore new customer acquisition channels and optimize existing one for better performance
  • Other related duties as required.

About You

  • 5+ years SaaS / technology marketing experience
  • Previous proven success driving awareness and growth through online marketing channels
  • You are comfortable bringing ideas forward and love nothing more than figuring out the way to test if an idea can be successful
  • You love metrics and the science of marketing because you think what you’re doing should contribute to the growth of the business. You are very skilled at using Google Analytics (and other tools) to measure campaign success and diagnose issues
  • You’re eager to experiment and optimize, and you embrace the principles of A/B testing
  • You enjoy writing compelling emails, website and landing page copy
  • You understand the importance of constant communication and alignment between product and marketing and are committed to fostering strong collaboration
  • You have the ability to roll up your sleeves and immerse yourself in the details
  • You’re a skilled project manager with demonstrated experience successfully managing projects involving tight deadlines, multiple stakeholders, and many moving parts
  • You are a voracious learner and are always looking for ways to enhance your skills through reading, watching, listening and independently seeking out ways to connect with and learn from industry leaders.

  • Blog and whitepaper writing
  • Product Marketing understanding
  • Defining and setting KPIs
  • Working with a product team
  • Agency and contractor management.
