About the Role

Sr. Enterprise Solutions Engineers are the technical front line of Comm100. They translate a potential customer’s needs into a solution-oriented vision and architecture that can be articulated and sold to the prospect and executed by our Professional Services team.

You will collaborate with our Customer Success, Partners, and Enterprise Sales teams, and have fun winning together. As the product expert, you will have a deep understanding of the Comm100 software, handle tough objections, and lead successful evaluation cycles to gain product fit consensus.

This position will report to VP of customer success.

  • Partner with Customer Success, Partners, and Enterprise Sales teams to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with C-level executives
  • Compose and deliver superior sales presentations covering Comm100 software solutions to prospective customer audiences. The presentations must articulate the sales message, differentiate Comm100, and leave a strong and positive impression to various types audiences which can include technical architects as well as senior c-suites
  • Prepare and deliver value-based software demonstrations/presentations in support of sales cycles. Preparation includes personalization of materials to ensure delivery of a simple, appealing and compelling customer presentation
  • From technical viewpoint, drive the discovery process, helping to uncover your customer’s business objectives and current pains
  • Proposal developments for Partner and Sales teams
  • Support the Partners team as technical expert of integrations
  • Discuss technical requirements as a product expert on pre- and post-sales calls
  • During sales and deployment cycles, assist in troubleshooting customer technical issues related to platform in real time
  • Ensure that our customers understand Comm100’s security posture, tackling objections along the way and responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations highlighting our powerful platform ecosystem
  • Conduct Proof of Concepts where necessary to help your customers validate technical requirements (Data Loss Prevention, Single Sign-On, E-Discovery, Platform Integrations)
  • Act as a liaison between Product and Sales, sharing customer feedback to help craft the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of Sales/Solution Engineer experience or in a technical customer-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a knack for delivering compelling presentations to drive value proposition with C-level executives
  • Track record of successfully overcoming technical and security objections; problem-solving is in your DNA
  • Familiarity with API development and service integrations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar engineering discipline
  • Familiarity with web technologies, including CSS, JavaScript, HTML required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Technology including IIS, SQL Server, Windows Server, ASP.NET is a plus
  • Experience with at least one standard network security protocol (SAML, LDAP, Oauth, etc)
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
