With Comm100 experiencing high growth, we are looking for a Channel Partner Manager to join our Channels team. She/he will be a key player in the organisation and will support the VP of Global Channels in developing and implementing the organisation’s global partnership growth. This role will contribute significantly to Comm100’s revenue growth, innovation and solidification of Comm100 as a meaningful Omni-Channel Customer Engagement Solution.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead exploratory discussions with potential new partners
  • Manage the business development cycle for new partnership opportunities that align with Comm100’s strategic objectives
  • Develop relationships with new partners of various designations and serve as their direct, day-to-day point of contact & subject matter expert
  • Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of internal constituents (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, legal) and help define the Go-to-Market strategy with the new partners
  • Monitor the success of each partner account and manage their client relationships by advising on Comm100’s solution & services
  • Support Comm100 in research, identification, and segmentation of business opportunities regarding partners to increase the awareness and revenue of Comm100
  • Develop & execute on a strategic plan for each of their managed partners
  • Highlight behaviors and key trends in the designated market and/or vertical.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years in SaaS partnership management/development
  • Experience managing software partnerships, such as System Integrators, Value Added Resellers, Integration and White Label Partners
  • Strong track record of producing measurable results, and ability to outline growing partner revenue year over year
  • Ability to build account plans & execute on these plans for each partner
  • Requires versatility and adapting quickly to the latest guidelines from Comm100
  • Creative, persistent and outgoing personality who is a team player
  • Ability to prioritize and organize a range of competing projects and tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communicator, presenter. and strong analytical/reporting skills
  • Analytics & Data awareness to help drive results
  • Must be authorized to travel into the USA and internationally
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Proficiency with managing all aspects of a CRM, specifically Salesforce.
