We’re looking for an experienced sales development representative to join our channels team. She/he are tasked with identifying the right partnership companies and positioning why there is value in offering Comm100’s CX solution. Our ideal candidate is an energetic, competitive person with the ability to identify key partnerships and find the key decision-makers that fit our ideal partner profile.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Generate appointments for the Partner Manager team through outbound proactive outreach to partnership prospects via social selling, strategic email campaigning and cold calling
  • Leverage strategic product initiatives to speak with partner prospects in order to have them learn more about selling Comm100
  • Promote and position the value of Comm100’s solution offerings and the benefit for prospective partners
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers and Marketing to identify and source potential leads
  • Nurture longer-term partnership prospects
  • Build a solid understanding of channel sales concepts
  • Document, track and monitor all leads and activities in Salesforce, Salesloft and Allbound
  • Understand our customer experience platform and how partners and their customer can benefit from using and selling our platform
  • Follow up and qualify inbound leads that have engaged through marketing programs and campaigns

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication preferred
  • Min 1+ years of relevant sales and customer service experience
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivating and an eagerness to learn and grow
  • A competitive mindset
  • Experience in B2B (Business to Business) software as a service (SaaS) sales is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills via the phone, e-mail & social
  • Communicate with decision-makers and other various contacts at the company in an articulate and professional manner
  • Excellent probing and listening skills
  • Computer literacy (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ZoomInfo)
  • Time management skills; ability to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with strong attention to detail
