This role will be focused on enabling our customers and partners to deliver exceptional agent and visitor experiences using our conversational AI platform. You’ll work in the Customer Success team in a fast-paced environment using agile methodology principles. Collaborating with internal multidisciplinary teams (AI Engineers, Partners, Sales, Support), you’ll work directly with our customers to deliver world-class automation. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Automation Architects, working to enable customers’ AI implementations
  • Create reusable project/content templates and strategies to increase AI project efficiency
  • Track and analyze performance of customers’ automation post-launch
  • Suggest experience improvements and best practices that will increase customer retention
  • Be the voice of our automation customers and communicate product requirements/feedback to the product team
  • Grow Comm100’s AI thought leadership footprint by producing written content, delivering webinars, etc.

Requirements

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in customer-facing roles
  • Experience in a tech startup or SaaS company
  • Experience in customer success or technical sales
  • An understanding of UX and human-machine interaction
  • Interest in learning how to apply AI technologies such as Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing in a practical manner
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or another programming language) is an asset
  • Experience with bots, virtual assistants, or other AI/ML technology is an asset .
