Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Human resource administration
  • Working with managers to develop recruiting requirements
  • Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates
  • Daily office administration
  • Providing general administration and support to internal departments
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


  • Post-secondary degree
  • 3-5 years human resource management and office admin experience in software companies
  • Extensive experience in recruiting
  • Broad experience in human resources, including recruitment and onboarding, salary administration, employee relations, policy administration, and legal compliance.
  • Strong team work and task ownership
