The BDR is primarily responsible for generating new sales opportunities for Comm100’s products and services. This position is the first point of contact for all new prospects to discuss Comm100’s products and services. The BDR will play a critical role in the team’s goal. This would involve engaging conversations with our clients to discover their challenges, requirements, and help them determine the most appropriate Comm100 solution for their needs. The BDR will report to our BD Manager and be part of the Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high volume prospecting (60+ daily calls, emails, or social media responses) to qualify leads and prospects
  • Qualify prospects’ needs and effectively map them to Comm100’s offerings
  • Work closely with account executives and marketing to implement strategies and processes
  • Become an industry expert and develop product mastery
  • Consistently achieve (and exceed!) quarterly quotas and goals
  • Conduct yourself professionally and help build the Comm100 brand


  • Related Bachelor’s degree or diploma
  • 1 year of related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong listening, presentation, and qualification skills
  • Demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
  • Intellectual agility and natural curiosity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging technology environment
  • Ability to learn and absorb material quickly
  • Self-motivated with a continuous sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail; organized and metric-driven
  • Professional and business acumen
  • Currently resides in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver


  • Experience working in a B2B software company
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Bi-lingual
