Abount the Role

As demand and sales for our AI products increases, Comm100 requires a dedicated bot builder and AI strategist. This person will work with the Product/CS team to create world-class bots for Comm100’s customers. A new role at Comm100, we are looking for someone who can create an efficient bot-building framework and methodology for our growing bot delivery and deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop bot-building framework and project plan templates
  • Gather customer requirements and develop customer-specific project plans
  • Develop resources (content worksheets, bot templates etc.) to streamline our bot-building process and to make bot building easier for our customers.
  • Create bots for customers (draft content, facilitate technical aspects)
  • Track and analyze performance of customers’ bots post-launch
  • Suggest experience improvements and best practices that will increase customer retention
  • Be the voice of our bot customers and communicate product requirements/feedback to the product team

Requirements

  • Excellent project management skills
  • Customer-first mentality – enjoy teaching and helping others learn
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and a strong interest in analysis and data
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and high energy
  • Process oriented
  • Strong problem solving skills

Background

  • Bot building experience preferred
  • Strong project management track record
  • Experience working in customer facing roles
  • Experience in tech startups preferred
  • Experience in customer success preferred
  • Formal project management training a bonus
  • Experience in UX or CX a bonus
*Light travel may be required
