As demand and sales for our AI products increases, Comm100 requires a dedicated bot builder and AI strategist who can help us to architect, design and implement AI integration layers between our customer’s platform and an AI Application in order to power compelling digital conversational experiences.

Your role will be focused on understanding our customers business rules and system backends as well as the customer experience (CX) the AI will convey, and your challenge will be to architect, design, implement and test the proper integration elements/components so that the CX is properly supported by our AI tools.

You’ll work in the Customer Success team in a fast-paced environment using agile methodology principles. Projects will involve collaboration with internal multidisciplinary teams (AI Engineers, Partners, Sales, Support) and our customers’ teams to deliver world-class automation for Comm100’s customers.

Finally, we are looking for a creative, tech-savvy person to enable our customers to take advantage of our AI tools across a wide variety of verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather customer requirements and develop customer-specific project plans
  • Create bots and other AI solutions for customers (draft content, facilitate technical aspects, develop workflows)
  • Track and analyze performance of customers’ automation post-launch
  • Suggest experience improvements and best practices that will increase customer retention
  • Be the voice of our automation customers and communicate product requirements/feedback to the product team
  • Use content and/or data from existing AI implementations to create and improve our AI templates.

  • Interest in learning how to apply AI technologies such as Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing in a practical manner
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or another programming language) is an asset
  • Experience with bots, virtual assistants, or other AI/ML technology is an asset .
