The Senior Account Executive is primarily responsible for driving sales with new Enterprise level customers for the Comm100 Live Chat portfolio of products. As a sales professional, the Senior Account Executive is required to have a demonstrated track record of success in a hunter role and an ability to manage the complete sales cycle. The Senior Account Executive will be reporting to the VP of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, acquire, and grow relationships with new Enterprise clients
  • Consistently execute outbound revenue generation activities including cold-calls
  • Convert qualified leads within your territory developed through various marketing initiatives
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Lead the consultative sales process including delivery of online presentations and demonstrations
  • Continuously build and maintain an actives sales pipeline within Salesforce, provide regular opportunity pipeline and forecast updates
  • Provide prospects, customer and market feedbacks to Product Management and Marketing Teams


  • 8+ years selling SaaS technology solutions to enterprise accounts in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Demonstrated track record of closing a combination of high value technology solution deals and smaller license deals in large enterprises
  • Proven track record of solution-selling, account-planning, proposal creation and closing skills
  • Demonstrated success creating winning RFP responses
  • Excellent online and in-person presentation and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work in a self-directed fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • High proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) and online presentation tools
  • Positive and fun attitude
  • Currently resides in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver
