Account Executive

Comm100 Network Corporation is looking for an Account Executive who has a passion for technology and has demonstrated experience selling technology solutions and achieving sales quotas. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales, you’ll be responsible for driving sales with mid-market and Greenfield accounts within North America, South America, Europe, Australia & New Zealand. As a sales professional, you have a demonstrated track record of success in a sales hunter role and are able to manage the complete sales process within complex engagements with a range of sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, acquire and grow relationships with mid-market accounts
  • Consistently execute outbound revenue generation activities including cold-calls
  • Forecasting predictive revenue
  • Convert qualified leads within your territory developed through marketing initiatives and the Business Development team to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Lead the consultative sales process, conduct online presentations and demonstrations
  • Create tailored proposals to qualified prospects and key stakeholders within existing accounts
  • Highlight custom features and functionality to demonstrate the ROI of our solutions
  • Continuously build and maintain an active sales pipeline within Salesforce, provide regular opportunity pipeline and forecast updates
  • Share expertise and best practices with the sales team and guide lead-generation activities performed by the Business Development Representative(s) supporting you
  • Provide prospect, customer and market feedback to product management and marketing teams and provide input into product and support functions
  • Actively participate in industry trade shows and conferences, seek out sales leads, and follow up to close deals

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor of Business Administration or Commerce, OR post-secondary credential in business specializing in business OR the equivalent in education and experience
  • 2+ years selling technology solutions and/or applications to mid-market accounts in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Demonstrated track record closing a combination of high value technology SaaS solution deals
  • Strong application solution-selling, account-planning, proposal creation and closing skills
  • Demonstrated success creating winning RFP responses
  • Excellent online and in-person presentation and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • High proficiency with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) and online presentation tools like GoToMeeting
  • A passion for emerging technologies
  • A fun and positive attitude
  • Currently reside in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver

Business Development Representative

Comm100 Network Corporation is looking for a Business Development Representative who has a passion for technology and has demonstrated experience in lead generation. You are a person who loves technology solutions and are enthusiastic about sharing your passion with others. Working in a team environment, the focus of this role is to qualify and develop leads through outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate product interest and demonstration opportunities for our Sales team. The Business Development Representative will report to the Director of Enterprise Sales but will take guidance from other members of the team on lead generation activities.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads to arrange sales opportunities through meetings and demonstrations
  • Support sales and marketing teams by executing on lead-generation activities in the largest enterprise accounts in the world. Focus efforts on the Fortune 2000 and Global 500 companies
  • Respond to inbound-sales inquiries promptly and qualify leads for senior sales staff
  • Research new opportunities, qualify existing contacts and leads and maintain updated information including status of leads and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Prospect for new business via telephone and email to qualify and develop leads by performing internet research and by continual review of prospects generated by the company’s marketing efforts
  • Turn prospects into qualified leads by educating prospective clients, with varying technical abilities, on the merits of Comm100 Live Chat solutions
  • Arrange product demonstration meetings and/or open the door for continued communications with appropriate contact(s) within organizations
  • Provide lead and opportunity profile information to senior sales staff and assist in the creation of sales reports, quotations and proposals
  • Ensure prospects are communicated with on a regular basis and are made aware of Comm100’s product enhancements
  • Assist in the organization of trade show and conference marketing activities including surveys, email campaigns, meetings and follow-up action plans
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on priorities and tasks, contribute sales ideas and feedback in weekly meetings
  • Provide prospect, customer and campaign feedback to marketing and management
  • Travel to, and attend conferences and sales meetings as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Experience with inbound and outbound technical solution sales or telemarketing experience
  • A passion and knowledge of Customer Support solutions and technology
  • Previous experience updating records and working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills when dealing with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and ambitious with a desire to ‘win’
  • A positive team player
  • Currently reside in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver
