As an alternative to banner images, you can now choose to show an Operator Avatar, Title and Company Logo in your chat window. Knowing who is actually providing the chat service behind the screen creates a sense of intimacy for visitors and improves the chat experience. You can upload personal images of operator photos to use as avatars, or you can still select from our stock images if you choose to do so.
Use your own CSS code to create a chat window that fully reflects your own branding and preferences.
