A customized chat window adds to the professionalism of your brand.

To help reinforce your branding and improve your customers’ chat experience, Comm100 is launching a major product update this weekend.

This update introduces auto chat translation, displays the operator avatar in the chat window, and provides for CSS customization of the chat window and more. Be sure to check out the new features now.

Auto Chat Translation

Added built-in Google Translate, which automatically translates chat messages to and from a visitor chatting in a different language. This helps overcome language barriers and improves chat efficiency.

Display Operator Avatar and Title in Chat Window

As an alternative to banner images, you can now choose to show an Operator Avatar, Title and Company Logo in your chat window. Knowing who is actually providing the chat service behind the screen creates a sense of intimacy for visitors and improves the chat experience. You can upload personal images of operator photos to use as avatars, or you can still select from our stock images if you choose to do so.

Use your own CSS code to create a chat window that fully reflects your own branding and preferences.
