Comm100 Named a Finalist in the 13th Annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service

We’re excited to announce that Comm100 has been named a Finalist in the 13th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service in the “Contact Center Solution – New Version” category! This year there were more than 2,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry.

The Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie placements from amongst the finalists will be revealed during a gala banquet on February 22 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. More than 600 professionals from across the globe are expected to attend. The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious International Business Awards® and the Stevie Awards for Great Employers.

Being named as a Finalist serves as proof that AI-powered chat is the customer service win-win both call centers and customers need. Our next-generation AI-powered chat, which leverages Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and advanced integrations, creates more realistic conversations with visitors by better recognizing a visitor’s intent, ask clarifying questions if needed,  and execute transitions under the customer’s direction.

Last year, Comm100 was honored with CUSTOMER Magazine’s 2018 Contact Center Technology Award in addition to the MarTech BreakThrough Award for Best Online Chat Solution. Kicking off 2019 with a Stevie Award is a testament to our product offerings, and we look forward to continuing to improve and expand our cutting-edge AI technology, so our customers can provide increasingly personalized digital customer experiences.
