Welcome to Comm100! This video demo will show you how to get started with Comm100
Knowledge Base.
Go to the Knowledge Base portal. It is easy for you to integrate your Knowledge
Base with your website. Go to Website Integration to copy the code. Open the source
code of your web page, paste the code where you want the knowledge base entry to
appear, and save the page. If you are not familiar with web page coding, please
contact your web developer or webmaster. There the knowledge base entry appears.
Comm100 Knowledge Base is fully customizable. Go to Display Settings. Here you can
customize the layout of your knowledge base. In Site Option, you can define who
can access your knowledge base. In Feedback Settings, you can define who can view
or leave feedback on your knowledge base articles. It is easy for you to customize
the page style and header & footer. Go to Page Style under the Admin portal. You
can choose another page style for your knowledge base if you do not like the default
